This abs attack is specifically for lower abs. No equipment needed. This workout takes 15 minutes and here are the exercises it includes: Alternating Leg Raises, Scissors, Side to Side Hip Up, and Leg Raises with Crunch.
Make it with the following routine: 30s work – 15s rest – 4 rounds – 1 min break between rounds.
