Let’s sculpt these arms. This is a perfect workout to do separately or at the end of your normal workout to give some extra love to your precious arms. Let’s give them something to remember alright.
The workout includes Biceps curls with 1,5 reps. Single arm triceps extension behind the opposite ear, Single arm preacher curl Kickback Concentration curl with hanging arm.
Do each exercise for 4 sets of 10-12 reps to complete this arm workout.
