Kayla Itsines is an Australian personal trainer, author, and entrepreneur with a Greek heritage. She is famous with her successful training programs and social media activities.
Kayla Itsines was born on May 21, 1991, in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. She has had a very positive attitude toward sports since childhood. As a child, she likes to play basketball, and at the age of 15, she also starts training with strength training. When she was 18 years old, however, the world of fitness captivated her so much that she decided to devote herself fully to her hobby, completed a training course at the Australian Fitness Institute and began training her first clients in a small gym.
