Some of the workouts which may shape your bum include: Regular squats, sumo squats, Bulgarian split squats, Deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, Hip thrusts. Of course, our fitness trainer today had selected deadlift squats variations, cable kickback and band squats.
The workout is really useful and can be done in 3 series with 15 reps.
