Video of a very good workout for complex bodybuilding, which can be performed at home. The workout is performed by the hot fitness trainer Victoria Perez.

The workout includes Banded Kickbacks (4×12 on each leg), Kettlebell RDLs (4×15), Kettlebell Sumo Squats (4×15), Kettlebell Squats (4×15), and Banded Thrusts (4×20).

The main muscle groups you should be working in a deadlift with a kettlebell are your glutes, hamstrings, core, and lower back—not your arms and shoulders, like you would think. Thus you develop complexly almost the whole body.

All the exercises are easy to be performed at home.
