Video of a very good workout for complex bodybuilding, which can be performed at home. The workout is performed by the hot fitness trainer Victoria Perez.

The workout includes Banded Kickbacks (4×12 on each leg), Kettlebell RDLs (4×15), Kettlebell Sumo Squats (4×15), Kettlebell Squats (4×15), and Banded Thrusts (4×20).

The main muscle groups you should be working in a deadlift with a kettlebell are your glutes, hamstrings, core, and lower backā€”not your arms and shoulders, like you would think. Thus you develop complexly almost the whole body.

All the exercises are easy to be performed at home.
