The there is no such thing as stubborn fat! It’s usually the person who is too stubborn to do what it takes to remove the fat. This is the fat burning routine that actually burns maximum calories in a short period of time.
The workout routine includes:
– Plank with DB Shoulder reach
– DB front raise squat into lateral raises
– DB side lunge to stepping front lunge w/ press
– Plank single-arm jab to tricep ext
– DB skier swings – front-loaded loaded
The whole workout takes 35 min to complete and good to be done in 4 rounds of each exercise at 45 seconds per round.
