Fire band workout at home

Fire band workout is very useful for the booty, legs, and lower body. Can be performed everywhere with just a few pieces of equipment.
The workout includes five exercises – 30s work with 15s rest between exercises. Make 3 rounds and between the rounds, you can rest one minute.
The exercises are Donkey kick, Wall sit abductions, Standing abduction, Sidestep low squat, and Side-lying leg raises.
