Glute day exercises
Here are four great exercises to add to your next glute day workout routine. The fitness coach is showing really great tricks how to properly perform the workout.
The exercises are: Landmine squats (4×12), Gliding side lunge (4×15), Single leg rdl (4×12), and Reverse lunge (4×12 each leg).
The reps should be as slow as possible.
