– Barbell curtsy lunges (20 reps x 4 sets)
– Burpee box jumps (10 reps x 4 sets)
– Barbell thrusters (20 reps x 4 sets)
– Sumo deadlifts (15 reps x 4 sets)
– STRETCH

Very useful workout for legs and full body. Increases strength and burns fat.
