Leg day workout – flexed vs unflexed. Performed by the hot fitness babe Karina Elle. It is an awesome workout for the legs and quadriceps.
Workout includes the following exercises:
– Single leg hamstring curls (12 reps each x 3 sets)
– Wide leg press (15×3)
– Reverse hack squat (15×3)
– Barbell walking lunges (20 strides x3)
– Squats (15×3)
