Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but understand there are times when an item needs to be returned. Our return policy is 30 days from receipt. Please review the details below regarding our policies for exchanges, refunds, and returns. Reach out with any questions – we’re happy to assist!

To Return an Item:

Complete request form within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused in original packaging and condition. We cannot process returns if an item appears used or packaging is missing. Exceptions apply for gift cards, software, personal care items, perishable goods, and intimate items.

You will receive an email confirming receipt and approval/denial following inspection. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 30 days from return approval.

Exchanges & Defects:

We will replace items that arrive damaged or faulty. Report defects within 36 hours and we’ll send a prepaid return label. Used items returned as defective must be thoroughly cleaned prior to shipment. Exchanges later than 30 days after delivery may incur shipping fees.

Gift Returns:

If the gift was shipped to you directly, you will receive store credit for the item value. If it was a gift that the purchaser planned to provide in-person, your return will initiate a refund to them instead.

Return Shipping:

We provide free return labels for timely reported defects. For standard returns, you are responsible for shipping costs. Refunded shipping fees will be deducted accordingly. We recommend shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt.

Additional Fees:

Order cancellations after confirmation email, returns to sender, or ineligible returns may be subject to processing and handling charges up to 25% of the order value.
