Shoulders and back workout at home

Here are 6 awesome exercises to build up and sculpt your shoulders and back at home. The exercises can be performed with dumbbells and own bodyweight.
The workout includes:
– Lateral Circles (3×12 reps)
– Single Arm Arnold Press (3×10 reps)
– Front And Lateral Raises (3×12 reps)
– Bent over row alternating arms – isometric work! The other one stays up while the other one does a rep! (4×10 reps)
– Rear Delt Row (3×15 reps)
– Scapular push up (4×12 reps).
