The workout includes:
Floor Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 4×15
Floor Seated Dumbbell Single Arm Hold + Press – 4×15 each arm!
Floor Seated Dumbbell Arnold Press – 4×12
Floor Seated Single Dumbbell Front Raise variation- 4×15 each arm!
Floor Seated Single Dumbbell Front Raise (extend overhead) – 4×15
Floor Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise – 4×15
