1. Double step kickback (60 seconds)
2. Sprint (30 seconds, rest 30 seconds)
3. Crossover (30 seconds on each side)
4. Low squat march (60 seconds)
5. Calf raises (60 seconds)
Workout routine: Repeat 5x. Total: 25 mins.
