Sweaty lowerbody/core workout with a beautiful trainer at home. The workout includes seven exercises for the lower body, abs and booty. It is quite easy to be performed with any special equipment.
To achieve the full results make 3-4 series with 20 reps in total (if working with legs – 10 per leg).
