We all love Tabata, and here are some exercises for it. Today we have 4 different Tabata workouts. One Tabata lasts 4 minutes.
Workout routine: 20 sec work – 10 sec rest. Make 8 reps of each exercise. Take 1-2 min break before starting the next Tabata.
The exercises include: Tabata 180 jumps, Tabata Plank Jack to Jumping Jack, Tabata Gorilla Burpee, and Tabata Heel kick run with punches
This workout doesn’t last long but is high intensity.
