Upper Body workout at the gym with the hot fitness trainer Stephanie Sanzo.
The first movement in this workout is a “Floor Press” which is identical to the Bench Press except it’s performed on the floor. One of the benefits of this variation is that it eliminates the legs from movement. Removing the legs makes it harder to stabilize which forces the upper body to take more of the load. Being on the ground also shortens the range of motion which allows you to really focus on the top portion of the movement and overload the triceps.
This was the rest of the workout which was focused on the Triceps, Shoulders and Back.

2. T Bar Rows 3×15
3a. Seated Press 3×10
3b. Lat Pulldown 3×20
4a. Bent Over Rear Delt Raise 3×15-20
4b. Tricep Overhead Extension 3×15-20
