Workout at home

There are plenty of workout programs for both the gym and home. They usually however need some, even very small equipment, but here is a video on how to replace the dumbbells. You can use any other substitute from home; water cans, bags of rice, books, filled backpacks and etc. Nothing can stop us!
The workout includes Side lunge to rear lunge (4 x 10 combo reps per side), Single leg kneeling squat (4 x 15), Squat to deadlift (4 x 10), Monster walk (4 x 30 steps).
